PT/Rehabilitation Services

The Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Department at Barrow Regional Medical Center helps its patients improve their quality of life by minimizing pain and increasing functionality for patients with disabilities or injuries. The well-qualified and trained staff at Barrow Regional work with the patient to create an individualized therapy plan based on evaluation, physician input and feedback, and track the patient's progress through scheduled sessions.

The Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Department serves both Inpatients (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and outpatients (by appointment).

Monday - Friday  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We offer easy and convenient scheduling and we accept all major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.  All physical therapy or rehabilitation visits require physician referral. New evaluations need to be scheduled before 4:00 pm.

Amanda joined the Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Staff in December 2008 as a Speech Language Pathologist and the Director of the department. She is a native of Macon, Georgia.
