New Vision™ is an inpatient medical stabilization service for people with drug / alcohol, and related health issues. Follow-up and referral services are also provided in order to begin to address some of the personal, family, and employment challenges created by the disease. The average length of stay is (3) three days. New Vision™ staff provides intake and referral services. Upon completion of the medical stabilization service for withdrawal, the patient can actively participate in their ongoing plan for recovery. The New Vision™ staff and the patient work together to determine the appropriate level of post discharge care necessary for a successful outcome.
