Visiting Policies
Visitor Registration
Barrow Regional Medical Center continues to fulfill its commitment to providing effective patient care by providing a safe
and private space. All visitors will be required to wear "VISITOR" identification and will be asked to register at the desk. If you
are the patient, you will be given a identification bracelet to wear
during your visit with us. All others must wear a visitor badge while
in the facility. Visitor access entrances will be limited to the
Emergency Room and the main lobby areas.
These measures are intended to enhance the security and safety of
hospital patients, visitors, physicians, and employees, and allows us to meet the security requirements of the Federal
Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA).
