at 6:30pm for Women and TEEN DAUGHTERS (Ages 13-19) at the Winder-Barrow
Brad Akins YMCA.
This event is part of the YMCA's and Barrow Regional Medical Center’s Health and
Wellness Programs. We will discuss sleep environment and habits, common
sleep
disorder symptoms, our EASY sleep process, our partnership with Barrow
Regional
Medical Center for testing and DISTRIBUTE FREE SCREENING TOOLS
for
participants to use and share with their healthcare professionals.
