YMCA & BRMC Team up for Team Lean!

YMCA of Georgia's Piedmont & Barrow Regional Medical Center team up for the 4th Annual Team Lean Competition. The competition runs from Thursday, January 20 - Thursday April 14. You can join as an individual, or a team, and the fee is just $60. The winner will be based on percentage of weight lost, not the actual pounds, and all prizes are CASH! 

Team Lean participants will have access to nutrition and fitness classes at the YMCA, and will receive motivational, nutrition and menu tips during their weekly weigh ins. All participants will be given charts where they can track daily meals, exercise, caloric intake and weights. The ultimate prize is BETTER HEALTH for you, your friends and family who may also sign up. Join as a team and serve as each other's motivation!
